Each time I enter empty buildings an extraordinary atmosphere
surrounds me. I find there traces and memories which are transformed
into an imaginary world and the soul of the place is getting recreated
in my mind. These pictures are my footprints left there.


Peter Mark Vargha was born in 1979 in Debrecen, Hungary but he grew up
in Tatabánya. He began dealing with photography in 2002. Two years
later, in recognition of his Tatabánya Hospital series he became a
holder of the National Cultural Foundation's scholarship. He is a member
of the Hungarian Young Photographers' Association (FFS).

Currently he lives and works in Budapest.
